What
Happen at the July Driving School ? - Wes Tipton
I'm pretty
sure most of us were doing the sun dance by May and yearning for warm
sun on our backs. Well hey, we're sure getting it now aren't we?
The IRDC high
performance driving school this past Sunday July 25 was definitely a
hot one, but a gentle breeze kept it tolerable for most of the day.
There were 3 groups including lappers, and enough worker help to fill
the majority of the corners. No major off course excursions to
report, nor anything worse than one dead stick Camaro that Dave towed
in from T5, so another successful event by Mr. Bennitt and crew."

Friday
entry to facility will be limited to Test-N-Tune participants and
staff only. Weekend race participants will not be allowed to enter
until 4:00 PM on Friday.
This
may be a good time
to do some volunteer work !!

"GERMAN
TOURING CAR CHALLENGE". This
race is open
to
all German built race cars with separate classes - class
detail are TBD.

Truck replace the "old" Bus
The
old semi-trusty IRDC track bus is in the process of being replaced
by our new 24' U-haul truck - see more details in the March minutes
above. It's currently at Manfred's shop for the conversion.
